About

Company History

VFG Learning was founded in 2020 by a team of academics, technology experts, and former industry leaders united by a mission to strengthen strategic and ethical competencies in African businesses. We began by offering specialized training programs for Nigerian companies seeking to upgrade their digital, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

Based on overwhelming client feedback and demand, we expanded our capabilities to advisory services, including digital transformation, talent development, operational excellence, and building ethical organizational cultures. Today we are proud to be trusted partners to over 50 leading African firms.

As rapid technological and social changes sweep across the globe, our passion is preparing African enterprises to not just keep pace, but lead progress. We will continue innovating to equip organizations with the tools for success today and a values-driven compass for the future.
